Hi, I’m Serena Lucas.
As an executive leadership, transitions and life coach, I work with professionals across healthcare, insurance, and many other fields. With over 30 years of experience as a healthcare leader and consultant, plus a life full of twists and turns, I bring a wealth of insight and passion to my coaching practice. I’m also a mother of two successful young adults and a wife for over two decades, so I truly understand the journey of balancing personal and professional life.
In fact, I became adept at designing professional roles that balanced my pursuit of career challenges with the flexibility required to be an engaged parent and live in alignment with my values. Over 18 years, I crafted seven unique positions that not only advanced the organization’s goals but also fulfilled my personal needs and aspirations.
At some point, we all face doubts and limiting beliefs that keep us from living up to our full potential. My role is to work with you to dismantle the thought processes that work against you and retrain your brain to work FOR you.
My approach is grounded in science-backed and evidence-based strategies, combined with deep, honest conversations to uncover what’s truly holding you back. By leveraging your strengths and crafting a targeted plan, I work with you to achieve your vision. Together, we’ll transform your presence in the world, empowering you to become the dynamic and engaging leader, parent or partner you aspire to be.
